If you have completed an enrollment request through DPH, you will be enrolled in VAMS once you meet the criteria for vaccination based on the current eligibility. Once you are eligible, you will receive an email from VAMS to complete your registration and schedule an appointment. A password can not be reset if registration in VAMS was not yet completed. A common issue users are having is that they are answering the initial question "Are already a registered recipient in VAMS?" incorrectly. Please answer this question as "NO". You will then be directed to a few more questions and will be sent a 6 digit verification code to enter to verify your email address. Once you complete this, you will then be asked to create a password.
